What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the purchase weight. Products are delivered by secured delivery against signature.

What is your warranty policy?

No limited warranty is provided by Stancom unless your product was purchased from an authorized distributor or authorized reseller. This product carries a standard warranty period of nineteen days. The period start from the date of manufacture appearing on the product label, or the purchase date of the product in receipts or any sales documents.
