General information
The present sale conditions have the aim of governing contractual relations between the company “Stancom Sarl”, whose registered location is based 5 chemin du Signal, 1296 Coppet, Switzerland (SARL with 20.000 CHF capital recorded to “Registre du commerce des sociétés” of the Vaud’s Canton under number CH-550-1043845-9), and the Customer defined below as being the end-user of the spiri-tech.com website and accepting the present General Conditions of Sale.
All other conditions engage the Stancom Sarl only after written confirmation of its share. Information being reproduced on this site can be modified by Stancom Sarl without notice. Placing a purchase order on spiri-tech.com website signify the general acceptance of these general sale conditions.

Price and order
Prices being reproduced on the spiri-tech.com website are in Euros, carriage costs included and get tax free (for every country except Switzerland where the price includes the 7.6% V.A.T.). Prices can be modified constantly and without notice.
Price (amount) is payable by advance according to the specified payment method in “Payment terms and invoicing”. Prices charged are those applied to the moment of the order.
Order
The customer wishing to place order will have to be preliminary identified. For this purpose, he will fill, according to indications' which are provided to him online, a form where appear necessary information to its identification and in particular the name, first name, telephone number, postal address and electronic and shipping address for product delivery. The customer having chosen presented products will definitively validate his order by carrying out his payment and by accepting the General Conditions of Sale. From that moment, the order is recorded, and an order number is communicated to the customer by email. The data recorded by the Stancom Sarl is the proof and the nature of the purchase (content and dates of the order). No unilateral cancellation of order will be accepted without the agreement of Stancom Sarl.
Payment terms and Invoicing
Goods are payable in advance and fully. Stancom Sarl reserves the right to ask for an identity and/or residence document proof to the client in case of important.
- By Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) in Euros: the order validation by Credit Card is worth mandate to pay the order price. With the SSL protocol, the customer will be able to transmit safety the Credit Card type, the Credit Card number, the validity date, the Credit Card holder name (name as it is on the Credit Card) as well as the cryptogram present of the back of the Cart.
If you pay with a credit card, we could be called to ask you for the following documents:- identity Paper - copy recto back of the card with at least the first 4 visible figures, the 2 last and the name - an invoice of telephone, gas or electricity - these measurements can appear excessive to you but frauds with credit cards are not rare on the Internet.
- By bank transfer in Euros on the account of Stancom Sarl: the order validation will be made as of reception of the amount of the order on the bank account of Stancom Sarl. For all payments by Bank Transfer, bank details as well as the summary of the order will be communicated to the customer by email. It is understood that for any payment of order by Bank Transfer, bank transaction fees are supported by the customer.
- By “Bulletin de Versement” in Swiss Franc available only for Switzerland. The validation of the order will be made as of reception of the amount of the order on the bank account of Stancom Sarl. For all payments by “Bulletin de Versement”, bank details as well as the summary of the order and the amount to pay in Swiss Franc will be communicated to the customer by email. The Swiss Franc amount corresponds to the order amount in Euro multiplied by the bank exchange rates Euro/Swiss Franc of the day of the order raised or undervalued more or less 2%.
A detailed invoice will be joined and sent to the customer with the goods.
Delivery mode, delay and export conditions
The shipment is done to address specified by the customer during the order validation.
The shipment is carried out by the Swiss postal services in priority mail.
The forwarding of the goods will be notified to the customer by email.
If the purchaser wishes to use another mode of shipment, additional costs will be to his charge.
The customer is responsible of the control of the goods as of reception and before use. If the material is not in conformity with the order, this must be announced within 5 day after reception of the goods. The goods must remain in its original packaging and unused. Possible transport damage must be announced within five days to the conveyor.
For the deliveries outside Switzerland, the taxation (customs VAT and other taxes) which could be required of you thereafter is not included in the selling price indicated on the website. The prices indicated on the website are tax free (except for Switzerland) as the goods are intended for export. No complaint on this subject will be accepted.
Any forwarding of order notified by email with the customer and not received by this one within 10 day (working days) must be announced to Stancom Sarl by mail.
Guarantee and after-sales service
Simore products have one standard guarantee period of 90 days.
Stancom Sarl does not provide any guarantee unless Simore product was bought at a distributor or a retailer approved by Stancom Sarl.
No guarantee service is provided unless the Product is turned over to an approved office of return in the area where the Product was initially dispatched by Stancom Sarl.
- Return product authorization: it is not possible to send back a product directly to Stancom Sarl without having contacted Stancom Sarl before to obtain an authorization number of product return. If Stancom Sarl determines that the product is defective, a return authorization will be communicated to the customer, as well as instructions on the methods of return. Any unauthorized return, i.e. for which no authorization number was provided, will be returned to you to your expenses. Authorized returns must be dispatched in paid and guaranteed shipment to the indicated address indicated on the return authorization in an approved shipment container. It is recommended to keep the original box and package for a forward. To ask for a return authorization, contact info@spiri-tech.com.
- Guarantee Limitation: according to terms' of the limited guarantee of Stancom Sarl, and subject to the limitations which follow, all our Products are without manufacturing and materiel defects and are in conformity with the Stancom Sarl specifications applicable to each product.
- Damages limitation: the whole responsibility of Stancom Sarl for defective product can not exceed the purchase price of the defective Product.
- Compensation limitation: your exclusive compensations for a defective Produit is limited to the replacement of the defective Product. Stancom Sarl is free to choose required compensation or the compensations combination. Stancom Sarl will have a reasonable time, after having determined that a product is defective, to repair or to replace it. The Stancom Sarl replacement guarantee corresponds to the period being equivalent to the original balance warranty period.
- Limitation of the “Automatic Switch” function for Dual SIM Card Simore: the software (Symbian Operating System) of certain mobiles (example: Sony-Ericsson) request a manual validation (to authorize SIM action) or restart the mobile automatically during each SIM change.
- No any direct or indirect compensation can be claimed in Stancom Sarl: Stancom Sarl can’t ever be responsible for a direct or indirect damage occurred during the installation of accessory. That includes the loss of recorded data, the cost of the recovery of lost data, the loss of profits and the cost of the installation or the unsinstallation of an unspecified product, as well as the inspections, the tests or the redefinitions due to a defect, or the repair or the replacement of a product resulting from a defect of an unspecified product.
- Your use of the Product: Stancom Sarl will not be responsible for any returned products if Stancom determines that: - these products was stolen to Stancom - that the marked defect is not present or cannot reasonably be fixed because of the damage occurred when the product was in the possession of a third party other than Stancom or is ascribable to a bad use, an unsuitable installation, a modification (including removal or obliteration of the Label) and the opening or removal of the external trunk (without obtained authorization by Western DIGITAL or an authorized Center Service), of an accident or a bad treatment when it was in possession of a third party other than Stancom - that the product was not sold to you new.
-Other Guarantee Limitation: broken pins or connectors, damaged cracked missing or broken connectors, cracked component on the printed circuit, dented lid, deep stripe, deteriorated components and/or printed circuit

Conditions and litigations modifications
Stancom reserves the right to modify in any time the present conditions. The purchaser commits himself consulting them for each new order he may done. Any litigation will be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland (1296 COPPET) exclusive of any rules with respect to conflicts of laws.
